2015 Indoor: Broke his own Big South Conference record in the long jump with a distance of 7.82 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/16-17)...Placed second in the long jump and the 200-meter dash at the Bob Pollock Invitational (1/23-24)...Won the long jump at the ETSU Buccaneer Invitational (2/6-7) with an effort of 7.44 meters...Competed in the USATF Indoor Championships (2/27-3/1) and placed 5th in the long jump with a leap of 7.39 meters. 

2014 Outdoor: Finished 7th in the long jump at the 2014 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships, jumping 7.55 meters in the finals to earn a top-eight finish and 1st Team All-American honors...Won the Big South Outdoor Track & Field title in the long jump with a distance of 7.65 meters...Also won the long jump at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/28-29) with a showing of 7.63 meters.

2014 Indoor: Finished 7th in the long jump at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships, earning 1st Team All-American honors...Jumped just .01 meters off his career best and Big South record at the NCAA Indoor Championships, recording a distance of 7.70 meters...Set Big South record in the long jump with a distance of 7.71 meters at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/22), claiming top spot in event hosted by University of Notre Dame.

2013 Outdoor: Earned a pair of 2nd place finishes at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4/18-20) in the 4x100M and the long jump…Competed in the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (5/23-25), finishing 15th in the long jump with a distance of 7.25 meters.

2012-13 Indoor: Finished 2nd in the long jump in three early season events: the Wake Forest Invitational (1/19), the Hilton Garden Invitational (2/1-2), and the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8-9)…Earned a pair of victories at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/21-22) in the 200M preliminaries (21.86) and the long jump (7.32 meters)…Set a new career benchmark in the long jump with a distance of 7.68 meters at the VT Final Qualifier (3/2)…Competed in the long jump at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships (3/8-9), taking 15th with a jump of 7.15 meters.

2012 Outdoor: Finished 2nd in the long jump at the UNF North Florida Invitational (3/30-31) with a jump of 7.36 meters…Earned a 2nd place finish in the long jump at the Big South Track & Field Championship (4/19-21) as well, with a distance of 7.29 meters…Set a then career-best in the long jump with a distance of 7.48 meters and a 5th place showing at the Georgia Tech Invitational (5/11-12)…Competed in the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (5/24-26), finished 30th in the long jump with a distance of 7.10 meters.

2011-12 Indoor: Finished 4th in the long jump at the VT Invitational (1/13-14) with a distance of 7.39 meters…Earned a runner-up nod in the long jump at the Niswonger Foundation Invitational (1/27-28) with a jump of 7.35 meters…Finished 3rd in the long jump at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/10-11) with a distance of 7.24 meters…Placed 2nd in the long jump at the Big South Conference Championship (2/24-25) with a distance of 7.22 meters.

High School: Won the state championship at Dorman High School in both the 4x100 meter relay and the long jump with a distance of 23 feet, as a senior at Dorman.
